The Role

  • Provide leadership and direction to the Customer Support to ensure it discharges its mandate and meets expected goals, measures and targets required to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Plan, develop and implement customer service policies, strategies, and processes for the entire organization to provide client- focused services and administrative functions.
  • Continuously improve existing policies, strategies, and processes.
  • Ideal Profile

    What are we looking for :

    Deep passionate customer success leader, coupled with a driving motivation to solve customer problems and continually improve their experience

    What will you need :

  • Experience from Fintech industry
  • Proven experience in Customer support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and relationship building skills
  • Minimum team size handled should be 30 members
  • Experience : 8 - 16 years experience
