Ability to make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.
Responsible for Complete Recruitment Life Cycle (Sourcing resumes, Screening candidates, On-boarding of candidates and Candidate Management)
Work closely with the Account Manager to devise recruitment strategies
Ability to work as a good team player
Desired Profile :
Freshers are welcome, domestic recruitment professionals are welcome, US Staffing industry professionals are welcome too.
Must be willing to work in night shifts.
Ideal candidate will have 0.5 yr to 4 yrs of experience in "US IT Staffing with experience in recruiting US Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD card holders for contractor roles.
Candidates should have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Must be a quick learner. And someone who is methodical in their approach.
Must have good negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of various IT technologies
Working days : 5 Days a week (Monday-Friday)
Salary : Fixed (Negotiable) + Lucrative Incentives
Interview Process : 2 rounds of Interviews - Telephonic and then F2F
