Job Purpose

This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. Need complete ownership of transactions support & Issue resolution for Ecommerce business & its Partners, 1.

Monitor health check for all day to day IT processes & capabilities for Ecommerce Business, and also for 3in1 & Marketplace platforms for Ecommerce business specific capabilities & partnerships.

2. Align with Product & KAMs for all tech related issues & be the interface between IT & Partners for end to end issue resolution calls, follow-ups & closure.

3. Provide post go-live support, monitoring & issue resolution for Ecom projects / enhancements

  • 1.Tech Processes Monitoring Day to day production monitoring for business transactions Process Mapping to find areas of opportunities for system enhancements Health Check - Make sure all APIs (OTP

Issue Resolution Be the interface between Business Team & Partners for all tech related issues and follow-up with respective stakeholders at partner end for resolution within agreeable timelines Co-ordinate with IT to resolve all internal issues on priority and escalate unresolved issues to Business team.

    Review tech related complaints and recommend required actions

    assist KAMs to resolve all issues efficiently. 3. KPIs & Control Charts development Understand new propositions

    capability developments and derive KPIs and Control Charts required to monitor respective capabilities Initiate requirements to develop KPIs and Control Charts for existing and new capabilities wherever required 4.

    Post Go-live Support Provide post go-live support

    monitoring & issue resolution for Ecom projects / enhancements Monitor all Ecom related developments and ensure any issues identified should resolved on priority.

    Additional Information

    a)Qualifications Minimum Qualification : Engineering Graduate / Post-graduateb)Work Experience 3 to 5 years of experience Financial Services Industry background with exposure to multiple aspects of project management, with exposure to product development Hands-on experience in supporting customer facing apps and websites Strong Project / Program management experience Skill Set
