This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. Need complete ownership of transactions support & Issue resolution for Ecommerce business & its Partners, 1.
Monitor health check for all day to day IT processes & capabilities for Ecommerce Business, and also for 3in1 & Marketplace platforms for Ecommerce business specific capabilities & partnerships.
2. Align with Product & KAMs for all tech related issues & be the interface between IT & Partners for end to end issue resolution calls, follow-ups & closure.
