Web Testing tools (e.g. Selenium Grid, Sauce labs).
Experience with test and defect management tools such as Jira (with Zephyr or X-Ray test management plugin)
Responsive web application and cross browser testing on desktop, tablets and mobile devices using cloud device provider
Service testing using SoapUI or Postman
Other functional and non-functional testing (e.g. exploratory, security, accessibility & oat)
Remote and distributed test execution (Selenium Grid, SauceLabs)
Various change frameworks.
Application of modern testing and quality practices and techniques used with Agile methodologies i.e. Test Driven Development, etc.
in Continuous integration and delivery.

Process Skills :
Experience - Essential
Atleast 5 yrs. experience in Software testing with have hands-on experience testing responsive web applications in functional, UI and end to end testing using SauceLabs or equivalent device cloud provider
Should have experience in Service Testing
Should have experience in estimating, planning and tracking the testing project
Should have worked in Agile methodology and derive modular test cases from user stories
Should have experience prioritizing test cases and creating traceability matrix
Should participate in test execution and report results and defects
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Must be a fast learner and able to work under tight deadlines
Strong team player; organized, capable of multi-tasking, and willing to shift priorities to meet business needs
Experience in accessibility testing and usability testing
Assisting the agile team to define testable work that ensures that desired customer experiences and outcomes are achieved and are technically robust, high performing, stable and secure.
Promoting continuous improvement and identifying opportunities for efficiencies to maximise the customer experience and reduce test cycle time.
Reviewing design documents, business requirements (Stories), acceptance criteria, within the agile team to build test scenarios for testing activities
Review and provide feedback on project documents to aid creation of testing strategy, frameworks, script development standards, test plans and test is complete reports.
Pro-actively sharing and reporting risks, issues, challenges, blockers and forthcoming tasks to the Scrum Master or Quality Manager.
Accountable to ensure the defects are detected and reported to be prioritised (based on impact) with the Product Owners.
Providing support in highlighting software and hardware requirements to ensure proficient delivery of your role.
Reviews all key collateral and metrics relating to delivery and ensures it is of sufficient quality and with no gaps or duplication, whilst also ensuring all recorded quality and testing measures delivered against agreed scope.
Applies RBS Change delivery standard process by understanding the development lifecycles and minimum mandatory requirements.
Ownership of testing activities throughout the SDLC including proving go-live activities and warranty support.
Actively contributes to their Centre of Excellence (CoE) specialism by cross sharing of learnings, emerging, good and best practice with their CoE & Community of Practice (CoP) colleagues.
Also comply where required with CoE standards & policies.

Drives and owns the automation charter to eliminate error prone manual testing, repetitive work and getting early feedback looped into idea to value lifecycle.
Experience in working collaboratively with multiple geography teams.
