Role Brief :
1-3 years instructional design experience for E-learning & Internal communications.Responsible for independently designing, developing and delivering e-
learning content including scripting, storyboarding, voice over scripts, course content and question banks. Creating and implementing internal / employee communications content, and forums which create excitement, drive engagement, align teams and individuals and shape culture.

Job Responsibilities :
Independently develop & design scripts, storyboards for E-learning content & classroom programs.
Coordinate and communicate with internal subject matter experts from different functional teams.
Organize training material and learning content according to instruction design principles. Ensure order, conciseness, style, and terminology in all learning material published
Ensure internal messages are communicated to employees in a clear, timely and effective manner, using a high impact writing style and format
Write, edit and produce communications for internal audiences including but not limited to presentations, scripts, briefing documents, articles, and employee communications, messages and emails
Review and edit communications drafted by internal stakeholders and make recommendations to ensure messaging is consistent with internal strategy and tone
Continually improve, measure, and evaluate effectiveness of employee communications strategy and methods
Perform other duties as we may need you to do
The Person : Experience :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
Instructional design experience including traditional (classrooms, e-learning, workshops) and modern (webinars, MOOCs, video-
based, social) learning solutions
Be an expert writer in internal and employee communications that are engaging and informative
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Educational Technology, Online Learning, or a related field.
Certificate in Instructional Design, eLearning Development, or Instructional Design and Technology a plus
