Position Description :

Responsible for the full administration of all complex server farms. Provide highest level of technical advice on Server Administration and management.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

  • This position will be responsible for providing day to day Windows / Wintel Active Directory support for multiple customers by exercising proven Operating System and infrastructure experience in the enterprise space applying process;
  • procedures; Standards; guidelines and best practices.

  • User access management Day wise Daily UAM Add / Del / Modi approving of the application accounts in Production Environment.
  • Daily logs review Month wise & day wise failure audit logs Analysis. IPS in Fortigate Firewall and Active Directory servers
  • BGV process follow-up for Project Members.
  • Providing IT Awareness PCI DSS training for CGI new users
  • Training Attendees Evidence updates
  • Approval of change ticket as a representative of security team. SNA approval, Exit approval
  • Application Account Tracker and Master file created maintaining for UAM updates.
  • User access Management
  • File Integrity / DB Monitoring.
  • Security team meeting every week
  • Establish, document and distributes Information Security Strategy for environment
  • Lead in PCI DSS audit and certification / re-certification activity.
  • Co-ordinate quarterly vulnerability scanning to network.
  • Perform quarterly review, Monitor, analyze and control all access to environment security alerts and information.
  • Ensure wireless scanning to detect rogue device is done every quarter
  • Perform risk assessment for security related issue in environment
  • Monitor and analyze security alerts and information

  • Implement a formal security awareness program to make all members aware of the importance of cardholder data security
  • Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

    Experiences :

  • Have extensive experience in implementing and supporting large scale Windows systems; configuring networking and security;
  • and applying system patches; security fixes etc.

  • Ability to manage time effectively in a dynamic environment and deliver objectives when expected.
  • Annual process of identification of threats, and vulnerabilities with formal risk assessment.
  • All documentation relevant to must be reviewed at least annually or updated when the environment changes.
  • Inventory of asset - inventory shall be reviewed at least annually and updated if there is any change
  • Approval Process for Firewall and Router Change
  • Key Management - Secure storage of cryptographic keys. Only Technical Manager and Security Officer will have access to the encrypted file
  • Validating Risk assessment
  • Application and Database monitoring analysis
  • Monitor and Test Network - logs in environments allows through tracking, alerting, and analysis of authorized change.
  • track user activities are critical in preventing, detecting, or minimizing the impact of a data compromise
  • Audit Trail - done by individual with root or administrative privilege via audit trail
  • Internal Vulnerability Scanning monitoring
  • Internal penetration testing - significant change to infrastructure and internal vulnerability scan discover major security issues
  • RISK Management - Maintain Risk Register and Risk Assessment template, PAN Risk assessment
  • Maintain Confidentiality Agreements (Third party vendor for the Application development)
  • Strong oral; written and presentation skills
  • Good analytical skills and an ability to define and articulate.
  • Ready to work in EST time zone
  • Good Communications skills.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in 24 / 7 shift mainly in NA shift
  • On call schedule and week end change schedule participation
  • Certification Required : ITIL or any other equivalent.
