We are hiring for Presales Consultant!!

Experience : 3 to 5 yrs

Location : Shivaji Nagar, Pune

Skills : Presales, RFP, RFQ

The ideal candidate should be an experienced Pre-Sales consultant with strong customer-facing skills. The ideal profile will have experience in working with both sales and technical teams to offer solutions and play a key role in supporting sales opportunities through to conversion.

The right candidates will need a very customer / client savvy background and be able to work in a techno-commercial sales environment.

S / he must have created or assisted in sending out responses to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs. You shall be collaborating with onshore / offshore sales team members to design & develop customized and innovative sales pitches / solution designs / documentation across a wide spectrum of digital / product engineering technologies for our customers.


  • Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs and create bid proposals.
  • Create, manage, and update a re-usable content repository for RFx responses and Orals.
  • Conduct market research for identified industry segments which includes market intelligence, competitors analysis, industry trend analysis, key success factors, etc.
  • Research into target accounts for creating customized value proposition / pitches for New customers as well as Existing customers
  • Responsible for Account-specific Collateral Preparation : Capability articulation, Client specific collaterals & value packs, Service articulation, Account Maps, Case Studies, etc.
  • as part of farming & mining activities.

  • Integrate technical solution implementation approach into business proposals, build pricing models based on technical estimates, timelines, and cost analyses
  • Support in roadshows, developing GTM strategy for regions & verticals, handling client visits, knowledge management initiatives, etc.
  • This is an individual contributor role.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of IT experience in Presales within Software Product Engineering / Software development space.
  • A clear understanding of the SDLC / PDLC
  • Experience in responding to large-scale RFIs / RFPs / RFQs and creating bid proposals.
  • Experience in working closely with delivery / sales teams for crafting winning proposals as per client requirements.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Spreadsheets.
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage with diverse audiences across geographies.
  • Entrepreneurial in nature, fast learner, willing to take initiative, self-driven to achieve goals in a start-up like an environment
  • Ability to understand the relationship between upcoming technology trends and the business values to clients these technology trends bring.
