Detailed Description and JobRequirements
Processesand invoices customer orders in accordance with agreed contracts. Monitorscontract and business terms to mitigate Oracle's risk.
As a member of Contract Management you will assist customers, both internal andexternal, with license contract interpretation, negotiations and administrationof licensing agreements including extensions, new business, invoicing, creditholds, receivable issues and consolidations.
Draft and negotiate standard andnon-standard contracts. Act as a liaison between consultants, Credit, License,Tax, Business Practices, Revenue accounting, and customers to resolvecontractual and consulting business issues.
Validate all aspects of contractpackages for accuracy and compliance with Oracle's Business Practices andConsulting Business Approvals / Process while maintaining customer satisfactionand responsiveness.
Submit contract order packages to Revenue accounting fororder processing and project funding. Anticipate problems and initiate actionsto ensure customer orders are processed efficiently.
Prepare contract statusreports.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largelyindependently within defined policies and procedures.

Ability towork effectively under time critical deadlines. Proficient in Email, MS Wordand Excel. Knowledge of Oracle policies and procedures desired.
2 yearexperience in contracts, purchasing, or equivalent. BA / BS degree, ParalegalCertification or equivalent years of experience.

Provides direction to sales organization prior to contracts being concluded. As a member of Revenue Accounting you will assist in the processing of revenue impacting adjustments and reconciling balance sheet account.
Monitor revenue, reconcile receivables, and unearned accounts. Work with internal customers to resolve related revenue inquiries.
Assist in facilitating the automation of current processes and procedures. You may participate in special projects. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures.
Strong analytical, prioritization and communication skills in partnering with other internal groups and management. Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets is essential.
Typically graduate or equivalent with 0 - 2 year experience. BA / BS degree in Accounting or equivalent. Some positions need you to be bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
