  • Individual contributor role with mentorship for junior BAs
  • Collaborate with Business users and document the Business requirements (BRD)
  • Design test scenarios / cases and ensure RTM (Requirements Traceability)
  • Collaborate with developers to review the FRDs and validate solution implementation
  • Perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) and Non-Regression Test (NRT)
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system to resolve defects
  • Project management responsibilities to plan and manage the schedule, project deliverables and to manage the stakeholders
  • Communicating with Business users, IT & Fund Accounting / Custody teams
  • Main Job Tasks and responsibilities Responsibilities will include collaborating with Business users and IT to capture and document business requirements across applications supported by Amanda (in-

    house securities / fund pricing tool), proposing and driving strategic / innovative enhancements related to Pricing, Corporate Actions and Asset Creation areas covering Fund Administration & Custody processes primarily.

    Designing test scenarios and running UATs and NRTs in conjunction with the stakeholders, educating stakeholders using demos / workshops are other key responsibilities.

    Responsible to develop and identify future architecture and strategy related to Operations’ systems. Provide Level-2 subject matter expertise to Operations and Support teams for their daily business activities.

    PERSON SPECIFICATION Specific Qualifications / Skills : The Successful Applicant requires :

  • Minimum experience of 3+ of Business analysis’ or IT (Design+Architecture+Development+Testing) experience
  • Strong analytical, logical and problem-solving skills
  • Inquisitiveness and Innovative mindset
  • Domain knowledge in Asset Management, Capital Markets and a good understanding of Static Data, Pricing Data
  • Should have proven experience in business analysis / Development for any of the middle office and back office applications used in asset and fund administration domain.
  • Excellent oral and verbal communications
  • Strong influencing / negotiating skills and stake holder management
  • Act as an individual contributor in the team of Business Analysts in problem resolution / building solution
  • Thorough knowledge in SDLC process and good understanding of all the project phases with proven project management experience
  • Experience in Pricing and Asset Creation applications is desirable
  • Hands-on experience in Agile methodology is a plus
  • SQL knowledge will be a plus
