Are you passionate about developing and nurturing high-performing teams? We are looking for a Diversity, Inclusion & Learning Specialist to join our fast growing, cutting edge AdTech business.

You will be responsible for designing, growing and facilitating a diverse and inclusive work culture throughout our global network including UK, US, Italy, Netherlands, India, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand.

The HR team is expanding and there are exciting projects for you to help us implement. We are looking for a Diversity, Inclusion & Learning Specialist who is analytical, loves developing talent and is passionate about helping our employees grow.

In this role you’ll ensure that employees are part of an inclusive and engaging workplace that enables all talent from diverse backgrounds to thrive and succeed.

Your focus will include assessing the development opportunities within the organisation and partnering with the HR team to coach and consult on all matters of diversity, inclusion and belonging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the global human resources team, the diversity and inclusion committee, business leaders and other stakeholders to design, improve, align and deliver on key objectives in Blis’ global diversity and inclusion strategy
  • Consult and coach across all levels of our organisation, providing guidance and coaching on D&I issues where appropriate
  • Serve as a diversity & inclusion subject matter expert and develop partnerships to promote diversity & inclusion, support to communities globally
  • Collect and interpret data to determine gaps and opportunities in driving increased diverse talent representation and inclusive workplace practices
  • Facilitate and present at sessions and workshops for a global audience
  • Develop and execute a strategy that builds alignment between business and workforce goals to create greater growth and engagement globally
  • Identify external trends and benchmarks that inform the workforce and develop new initiatives to encourage employee engagement
  • Create new programs in partnership with HR and business leaders to engage, retain and develop amazing, diverse talent
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure an inclusive consideration into all HR processes
  • Skills and Requirements

  • You will be experienced in leading diversity, inclusion and cultural initiatives and have example of this which include leading successful implementation of programs with measurable results
  • You will be knowledge of the full human capital function including expertise in integrating diversity & inclusion in Learning & Development, Talent Management which includes retention strategies and Global Benefits and Employee Relations
  • Have a project and / or program management background having managed global projects and able to analyse and interpret the date to present to all levels of stakeholders
  • Can create and facilitate development programmes / training
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey important messages in a succinct manner

  • This role will be working from home for now, but when time allows we will be looking for someone to be able to work in the office when needed
  • This role will be working from 2-10pm IST.
