6 Years nRoles & Responsibilities : n The L2 support would be a techno-functional nature to resolve data queries and functional queries and have good practical experience on Applications (Core Banking : Finacle 10x) n Trouble shooting of system issues raised by the users with respect to incorrect business procedure / failure of implemented activity.
n Any change in the Configuration / Changes to the Data n Addressing ad-hoc problems queries and resolving incidents subjected to problem management procedure.
n Trouble shooting and resolving day-to-day operational issues. n EOD-BOD related batch jobs depends on Application requirement n Analysis of logs and raise issue to the appropriate teams.
n Coordination with Internal Technical and Bank teams for analysis of the issue. Co-ordination with the L3 / L1 team to help in logical closure of tickets n Raising tickets with OEM (L3 Support team) and follow up till logical closure n Report status on daily basis to line manager n Should take responsibility to prepare and publish the roster plan.
n Manage day to day activities n ITIL framework knowledge (Incident, Problem, Release management) n Analyze issues related to data mismatch across modules, issues related to functional mapping, simulation of procedural errors n Resolving issues in the configuration n Root cause analysis and providing bug fix and (RCA) reports for critical incidents.
n Escalating calls as per the escalation matrix n Support for DC-DR drill for respective application n Support for patch testing and deployment in production n Support for UAT environment of identified applications.
