Senior Manager Marketing

Why are we hiring?

RateGain a leader in building AI-products, are looking to launch a new product line and need a self-starter marketing expert to help in launching the product line worldwide, build awareness, generate demand and work with the company leadership in building and executing the right Go-to-Market Strategy for the new business unit.

The role would report into the Head of Strategic marketing and would require the candidate to work with a global sales team and drive ROI for the defined marketing programs.

Who are we looking for?

The right candidate would

  • Love B2B Marketing : Would have invested 6-8 years in B2B marketing in launching new tech products or scaling businesses in new markets
  • A Natural Story teller : Be confident of working with excels, power points and build narratives to present to any kind of audience
  • Obsess over Numbers : analytics and insights from products to build an engaging content strategy for Top of the Funnel awareness
  • Think, Breathe and Eat Content : Be able to independently write blogs, articles for senior stakeholders
  • Create Long Journeys : Experience in building drip and nurture campaigns to help reduce cost of acquisition
  • Be a UX Champion : Always put the user first in every marketing program; have knowledge on design principles for different channels
  • Act as a Maximizer : Think big and show experience of building programs that have yielded high ROI for the organization

  • Be A Global Citizen : Demonstrate experience of working with global tech and product teams to build campaigns that drive product-led growth
  • Become a strong partner : Work with external partners, PR, digital and event specialists in the organization to drive objectives
