Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Understanding the Job Requirements received from the Clients.
  • Read the Job Description received from the Clients.
  • Sourcing Candidates through various Recruitment Sources like Job Portals, Consultants, Company Database, etc.
  • Handling entire end to end recruitment process from Sourcing, Screening, Short listing as per the Job Description.
  • Following up with the Selected Candidates for further processing formalities like Medical, Visa Processing & Submission, Travel Departure, etc.
  • Skills Sets

  • Sourcing the candidates through Job Portals, Social Networking Sites, Referencing & Head Hunting.
  • Having Good Communication Skills (Written & Spoken).
  • Proficiency in Letter Drafting.
  • Good Grasping Ability.
  • Well versed in MS Word, MS Excel, etc.

    Recruitment Manager, HR Manager, Consultant, Overseas Recruitment,

    Required Experience

    Min 5yrs in Overseas Consultancy

    Max 25 years of experience in Sourcing profiles (Domestic / International Recruitment Exp.) as a Recruitment Manager or HR Manager or Consultant.


    Any Graduate / Diploma

    Job Type : Full-time

    Salary : ₹360,000.00 to ₹480,000.00 / year
