We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in Pune India We re looking for an experienced and wellrounded sales manager to lead our regional sales team You will lead a highperforming wellestablished team of seasoned sales professionals who are already in seat and exceeding quota The ideal candidate is a motivated wellorganized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers They will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost topline revenue growth Position Purpose Position for technocommercial sales of Videojet brand marking coding equipment To achieve YOY sales targets Primary Responsibilities Achieve monthly quarterly annual sales target managed by a team of S E sTo continuously impart training to S E s mentoring onthejob coaching guiding the team to achieve their targetsVisiting customers in designated geography along with S E s to WIN salesGenerate market visibility define sales strategy for designated geographyMeeting customers understand VOC of customers escalate market needs in terms of product requirement to higher management report competition activity to higher managementAttend weekly monthly quarterly annual review meetings participate in Kaizen for continuous improvement contribute organizational growthHoned ability to drive results go to market attitude selfdriver must have capability to take steep challenging targets drive the team KEY COMPETENCIES Leadership Skills coaching mentoring ability to team Field visits along with S E s driving team for cold calling marketing lead conversion into orders acquire competition accounts sharing market intelligence building strategies escalation Technical Skills able to understand market needs technically map the suitable VJ solution to customers shall have technical skill to evaluate technical needs of customerCommunication Interpersonal Skills shall have good communication skills both written verbal upstream downstream should be selfmotivator have ability to drive the team shall demonstrate team building capability thus controlling retention drive desired behaviour maintain complianceTechno Commercial Acumen Effectively evaluate market needs technically commercially should be able to align with Organizational pricing discounting policy drive consistent YOY revenue growthIT Skills Shall have fluency in working on CRM s Shall have knowledge of local market industry trends government tax policy etc Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions What jobs does the position interact with on a regular basis internal and external Daily interaction with sales team to achieve targetsCustomer interaction understanding VOC of customer making right bundled VJ solutions for customer Approx 6070 time is customer facingDaily coordination with logistics finance salescoordination service marketing teamInteract with LineManagers for Daily Business Update participate in weekly monthly quarterly annual meetings with higher management EDUCATION REQUIRED Education Bachelor Degree in Engineering or MBA or an equivalent degree WORK EXPERIENCE Minimum 8 years of total work experience in any MultiNational process oriented company offering technical Products services with minimum 2 years as a people manager managing minimum 3 direct reportees Must have excellent sales track record through the years Knowledge Skills Required Selling SkillsCommunication SkillsNegotiation Skills
