  • Participate in the recruitment process, which involves sourcing, screening of ideal candidates
  • Manage the recruiting pipeline, which includes determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing and managing referral processes
  • Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
  • Must be currently studying in a reputable college / university
  • Hardworking, Reliable and accountable
  • Exceptional communication, both written and oral.
  • Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
  • Have a strong flair for critical thinking, hand-on execution and problem solving.
  • Full time interns will be preferred (2-4 months)
