Experience : 3 to 5 years
Sourcing land parcels for corporate as well as for developers for lease / outright sales / purchase.
Identifying SRA or society redevelopment projects.
Preparing technical / financial / pre -feasibility / feasibility studies of land reports.
Responsible for networking with reputed brokers and consultants on a regular basis to screen potential new sites and finalize new avenues of business.
Scouting and arranging land proposals and conducting title investigation, due diligence with aid of legal professionals.
Negotiating terms and specific language to be included in purchase and sale agreements with landlord / tenant and managing relationship with both parties involved in the transaction
Maintaining relationship with developers / landlords and Investors
Keep abreast of new developments in profession, business and the regulatory environment
Representing the organization in different forums, as and when necessary
Should be well acquainted with rules and regulations for land acquisition and have a good understanding of FSI, TDR
Good knowledge of the overall real estate market especially his / her area of operation
