Position Summary -

To ensure desired customer delight by providing correct information and generating interest for the appropriate product to build a lead and setup home demo appointments for clients Sales team.

Role & Responsibilities -

  • Work in an independent work environment
  • Able to convey the complete information about the program
  • Able to convince the customer and setup demo appointments
  • Should set a healthy environment in the team and positive mind frame as an individual
  • Ready for 6 days working
  • Efficient in Sales, Inbound & Outbound Calls
  • Job Requirements

    Education : Graduate or Under Graduate

    Experience : Upto 6 Months experience

    Timings : 9 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm - Monday to Sunday (Rotational Weekly off)

    Desired Profile -

  • Relevant Experience in Lead Generation and Appointment setting
  • Customer support Experience
  • Relevant experience in Outbound &Inbound Calls
  • Good communication skills
  • Skills & Knowledge -

  • Good communication skills
  • Should have Outbound & Inbound experience in Domestic calling.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand & prioritize work
