  • THE DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES Managing organizational acquisition for Mart and Express by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls;
  • Meeting planned acquisition goals; Setting individual acquisition targets with the acquisition team; Tracking acquisition goals and reporting results as necessary;
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the acquisition team; Coordinating with marketing on lead generation; The ongoing training of the acquisition outbound team;
  • Developing your acquisition team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education; Promoting the organization and products;
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products; REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in business or logistic field.

    5 Experience in customer relationship management. 5 Experience managing and directing an acquisition team. 3 Experience in planning and implementing acquisition strategies.

    Experience in logistics business is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient knowledge of cloud-based CRM software (Salesforce etc).

    Experience in dealing with and supporting senior level management High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to direct and supervise Strong analytical and planning skills Good communication and presentation skills
