Our mission is to showcase Oracle's Cloud Technology solutions with sales, innovation and delivery with a single team. We achieve this by investing in specific customer workloads and delivering cloud deployments at speed for the customer, to meet their business goals.
Oracle P2P is a newly formed multi-disciplined team of experts operating at pace, through qualification, workload scoping, “go” or “no-go” and ultimately delivery across multiple customers in parallel.
The P2P program made up of architects, cloud specialists, cloud implementation specialists and project managers. The P2P Cloud Implementation team is allowing you to work in an international work environment in which you collaborate not only with customers across the EMEA Region but also colleagues from various functions that all have the same goal of a successful customer.

Working as an implementer of P2P projects you will be part of a versatile team of specialists. Collaborating with your peers, P2P Workload Architects as well as country based Sales and Consulting teams will be critical to execute the delivery model.
On a Day to day basis you will participate in either one or more concurrent engagements, to grow a cloud business for Oracle. Typical P2P projects include: DB or applications move to cloud, reporting, autonomous DB, machine learning, analytics, high performance computing and many more.
You will be focused on customer success and results-oriented. You will be focused to deliver high quality with your technical expertise and your communication skills, in order to create an outstanding experience for your customers.
What does a P2P delivery look like?
With opportunities provided by our cloud sales org, the P2P Team will engage with the customer to ‘unpack’ the business challenge (for example Analytics) and architectural scope into a delivery plan that we can align with the customer’s expectations. It is likely you will have already been in the loop with the customer during the “sales cycle”. Once we have a deal signed with the customer, you will work with the customer and the wider P2P Team to ensure we create a short sharp ‘WOW’ delivery experience for our customers in approx. 50days

Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.
As a Principal Sales Consultant you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants. Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 3 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience. 7 years business experience with relevant computer applications or database/tools. Ability to implement the most advanced product features. Thorough knowledge of system and application design. In depth knowledge of competitors. Demonstrated project management skills. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication. Ability to travel as needed. A/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable.
