Senior HR / Executive Human Resource & Admin

Duties & Responsibilities

Human Resource

Administration and execution of HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Payroll Administration, Assisting in Performance Reviews, Preparing Job Profile.

Joining Formalities & Induction.

Compiling and updating employee records.

Assist in employee engagement activities.

Liaise with recruitment agencies.

Set up and organise interviews and ensure closure.

Attend to all employees queries pertaining to HR policies & procedures.

Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)

Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)

Liasoning with relevant authorities to ensure companys compliance with local Labour Laws and related statutory requirements.

Manage the Training calendar and coordinate for Training activities.

Perform other additional duties as assigned by the management.


  • Purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment, stationery and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.
  • Coordinate and maintain records for Office.
  • Coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Assist in special events, Organising Birthday Celebrations Monthly and company activities etc.
  • Assisting Guest, Managing Pantry, Housekeeping.
  • Qualification

    Any Graduate / Any Specialisation

    Key Skills

    Work Experience of 3+Years in any Industry (Preferable FMCG).

    Good Communication skills.
