JOB TITLE - Technical Solutions Manager

Type - Full-time

Position Summary :

We're looking for a highly motivated, personable and curious individual! This is a key role on our team to educate customers, refine the current offering, assist sales during pre-sales process, play a vital role in client requirements gathering for integrations and working with development team to ensure deliverables are being met in accordance to requirements.

Responsibilities :

  • Work with Sales Team - be the technical SME and support in sales life-cycle.
  • Technical Customer Meetings - participate in Customer meetings during pre-sales phase to present the technical product features and answer questions
  • Technical Documentation - provide required technical documentation & questionnaires to Customers and explain the same to Customers (if required)
  • RFP & Proposals - contribute to technical sections of the RFPs and Proposals
  • Technical Presentations - present product technology and application integrations to Customers
  • Complete security questionnaires for prospects and existing clients
  • Assist in regulatory accreditation processes
  • Work on automation of integration processes
  • Tech SME for Internal Stakeholders - help Sales Engineering, Account Management, Customer Success and Implementation Managers with technical aspects of the Product.
  • Qualifications :

  • Hands on technical experience of 8 to 10 years
  • Understanding of Java, & Web technologies. You are NOT expected to write code, but you need to understand the technical requirements and answer all technical questions.
  • Phenom Products and specific technology training will be provided

  • Exposure to Application Integration using different methods including API and Wed Services
  • Fantastic communication and customer relationship skills
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition / Human Resources technology a real plus
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment with minimal supervision
  • Can work various hours / days and ability to multi-task
