You will manage manpowerÂ planning in accordance to expansion requirements and provide strategic adviceÂ on talent acquisition and workforce management.
You should have a degree in the relevant business discipline and 10 years ofÂ experience in an MNC or local organization with regional footprint.
You willÂ come with a proven track record in managing a team and strong stakeholderÂ management skills.You must be able to successfully manage a team, prioritize and achieve hiringÂ goal against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, andÂ understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs.

Job Responsibilities : 1.Â Â Â Should have experience in Delivery, ClientÂ Interaction and Team Handling.2.Â Â Â Preferably should have experience workingÂ on Direct Clients and Implementation Partners.
3.Â Â Â Good to have : knowledge of US Tax termsÂ (1099, C2C, W2) / Also should have experience working on Job Portals (Naukri,Â Dice, Monster, etc)4.
Â Â Â Should have excellent communicationÂ skills.5.Â Â Â Should be proactive and ensure to revert / Â submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meetÂ sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
Plan & execute theÂ client deliverables).6.Â Â Â Making use of effective resourcingÂ strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employeeÂ referrals.
7.Â Â Â Responsible for achieving a goodÂ conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.8.Â Â Â Should be well versed with various visas.
