Responsibilities : Acquiring quotes from vendor MIS reporting Site inspection. Maintaining process checklists. Coordination with internal teams like Community, Projects, Sales etc.
Liaise with Govt officials and building / property management Cafeteria / Pantry Management Knowledge of Fire safety. Coordinate with IT team for all services and equipments.
Taking care of maintenance, electrical, carpentry and plumbing issues. Ensuring periodic servicing of equipment. AMC management Preventive and reactive maintenance of equipments.
Requirements : Work experience 1-3 years in facility management. Well versed with Computer applications. Basic written and verbal communication in English.
Proactive and Flexible to work in any environment. Problem solving skills. Team Player. Knowledge of Housekeeping services.
Knowledge of Technical equipment in workplace. Supervising HK and Security Staff Monitoring attendance of HK and Security.
