Sales & Marketing
Execution of the sales and marketing plan for the project set by HOD
Responsible for receipt of customer product queries for RFQ
Responsible for coordination with engineering / design team of customer for better understanding about the requirement and communicate all specific design requirements to ARI design team
Responsible for customer query handling
P & L Management
Responsible for new projects
Responsible for increase in value per car
Responsible for handling product quotations
Responsible for payment collection within the credit period given and C form collection
Responsible for inventory control
Customer Relations
Responsible for timely redressal of pre & post sales customer queries
Responsible for Conducting Customer Satisfaction Survey and working upon the areas identified post survey analysis
Business Intelligence
Provide in-depth research about competition, pricing, new upcoming projects at OEMs & Tier-1s
Map market potential based on various parameters, set targets accordingly to ensure profitability
Provide inputs / feedback for strategy formulation and ensure execution of the same
Self-development
Attend training programs (behavioral / technical), seminars conducted / sponsored by company
Initiate self-learning and gain knowledge of other skills, regular participation in exhibition, trade fares etc.
ISO 27K
Maintaining awareness and adherence about applicable information security policies and procedures
Maintaining compliance with contractual requirements
Ensuring information they use or information under their custody is adequately protected as per ARaymond information security expectations
Reporting any noted suspicious behavior, vulnerability and incidents to authority

Education and experience
Engineering Graduate
4 to 10 years of experience in Automobile Industry
