Description :

  • Take frequently rounds of entire Mall to check all the areas as per our expectation.
  • Single Point of Responsibility to manage Retailer’s Compliances and its operations staff to deliver the expected service levels to the client within the projected budget.
  • Taking care of Events Organized on Festivals.
  • Reports to Mall Manager any Major / Minor Complaints, Bills / Payments follow ups.
  • Attends Briefing / training to the staff on daily basis as per monthly training calendar.
  • Inspecting maintenance activities with due consultation with maintenance department.
  • Vendor Dealing & Client Handling.
  • Follow up with store keeper for consumable materials.
  • Ensures all the checklists, schedules and Reports are followed on timely.
  • Proper Co-ordination with all Occupants & staff of premises for their facility related issues.
  • Responsible for arranging the client visit & taking care of the special guest.
  • Ensure Security & safety of the premises is first and must.
  • Follow ups for Cam / Electricity Payments.
