This position is for you if you are a COST ACCOUNTANT or have hands-on FUNCTIONAL experience implementing Oracle EBS or Fusion SCM or FIN. We are looking for a functional expert to join our Fusion SCM QA team. The ideal candidate would have deep functional understanding of modules like Order Management, Inventory, Shipping, Receiving, Manufacturing, Procurement, Costing, AR, and AP. The candidate will be responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions. As a functional expert, you will develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance methods. Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. Work functions include: · Analyze features and functionality, and determine the best approach and techniques to test new enhancements. · Develop regression strategy for your functional area. · Participate in test ware design sessions to ensure the automation coverage adheres to the product design and meets the end user expectations. · Work closely with the product owners, and the automation team to ensure automated scripts meets user and quality expectations. · Document test results, report automation bugs and verify fixes. · Continuously improve test coverage and test efficiency. · Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders. · Work on multiple projects/initiatives. · Manage testing progress and ensure that aggressive deadlines are met.

As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will design functional, integration and regression test plans, build and execute manual and automated tests and perform highly complex analysis for multiple products. Set cross-functional product testing standards. Analyze, evaluate and plan methods of approach and organize means to achieve solutions to complex problems.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
