    n Deloitte is looking for candidates having extensive experience in

    Oracle JD Edwards HCM modules like Core HR, Employee self-service, Time and Labor, U.S. & Canada Payroll, Benefits and Compensation Management

  • Preferably JDE 9.2) n n
  • Key job responsibilities :

  • Provide day to day support on Oracle JD Edwards HCM modules like Core HR, Employee self- service, Time and Labor, U.S.
  • Canada Payroll, Benefits and Compensation Management. (Preferably JDE 9.2)

  • Adhere to the ticket management guidelines to ensure consistency in both communication and process in all client interactions
  • Troubleshoot client application issues to provide an agreeable solution
  • Write specifications, perform analysis, create estimates of effort, perform tests and implement enhancements, reports and interfaces based on client requirement
  • Work with Oracle in terms of service requests and effectively translate their bug fix into solution for client
  • Participate in tools / application upgrade testing when applicable
  • Create documentation and provide training, as required
  • Establish open, fluidic, and timely communications with all interested parties, stakeholders and project teams
  • Mentor associates and encourage a learning environment that assists growth
  • Excellence in problem solving, troubleshooting and communication are desired skills
  • Demonstrate excellent team playing abilities working with variety of teams both internally and at client place
  • Experience

    3-8 years relevant experience in Oracle JD Edwards HCM n n

  • Good understanding of the Business Processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot the issues raised by client.
  • Ability to decode the functional design to resolve the issue.
  • Ability to work on enhancements by gathering requirements from the client.
  • Ability to create or update functional design documents.
  • Ability to create test plan and test scripts for upgrades and patches.
