Role Overview

We are looking to hire a process-driven, highly motivated, and team-oriented recruiting coordinator to join our Global Talent Acquisition team.

You will be an instrumental part in partnering with the Talent Business Partners and hiring managers to create best-in-class recruitment and candidate experiences.

In this role, you will not only maintain existing processes, but you will also help create new and improved workflows. The Talent Acquisition Administrator will provide day-to-day recruitment support, including monitoring priorities and timelines, scheduling interviews, responding to queries from candidates, booking appointments, and compiling data for reporting and special hiring projects.

What you’ll do?

  • Coordinate with hiring managers for job advertisements.
  • Upload job advertisements on Workable (our Applicant Tracking System), LinkedIn, Indeed, and other global job boards.
  • Manage and review direct candidate applications received on Workable for all assigned open vacancies.
  • Conduct first-level talent acquisition phone screening as per interview scorecards and document feedback in Workable.
  • Coordinate and schedule video interviews for recruiters, hiring managers, and panel interviewers.
  • Support assigned recruiters with all administrative aspects of hiring, including entering data into Workable (our Applicant Tracking System) from recruitment request till closure.
  • Help drive effective candidate outreach, meeting coordination support, and the curation of our Job Description repository.
  • Manager operational tasks in close partnership with the recruiters to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.
  • Serve as a candidate liaison, ensuring an optimal candidate experience.
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on application and interview status via phone and email.
  • Work quickly to interface with candidates across time zones and geographically diverse locations.
  • Provide support on Talent Acquisition related projects and initiatives.

    You will need strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent organization and time-management skills.

    You will need to be upbeat, enthusiastic , and motivated. You will be a demonstrated self-starter who is focused and calm under pressure.


  • Minimum 1 year of talent acquisition experience in a corporate.
  • Experience in the basic level screening of candidate CVs.
  • Experience in basic level interviewing of candidates.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to deliver on targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
  • Nice to have

  • Experience with Workable ATS.
  • Experience with global hiring.
  • Experience with IT hiring.
