JOB DESCRIPTION : Primary Job Function

Primary Job Function

Driving sales growth in the assigned territory by following sales processes and executing the sales objectives in market place every day.

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Primary and Secondary sales target achievement
  • Regularly visiting the market and ensuring visible availability of our brands
  • Ensuring all processes & SOPs are followed without any exceptions as per company policy.
  • Motivating & driving the team of ISRs to achieve business objectives.
  • Position Accountability / Scope

    Sales & Execution responsibility of assigned geography.

    Internal sales team at HO, marketing and other backend & support teams in HO.

    External Distributors and other related or defined customers.

    Minimum Education

    Graduate (MBA will be an added advantage)

    Minimum Experience / Training Required

    2 years in Sales (FMCG / OTC preferably)
