Independently owning full cycle of software development from coding, unit testing, functional automation, and continuous integration

Teaming up with our pool of best engineers to continue working on innovative ideas improving the performance and reliability of the system to scale as we are on a rapid growth path.

Collaborating with the engineering team to design and launch new features such as AI BOT for new industry verticals.

Building new functionalities end to end frontend and backend iteratively with high-quality standards at comm100.

Improving existing system performance, reliability, maintainability, and scalability of the platform with a continuous improvement mindset

Participating in ideation and discussions around new features or improvements

Brining Thought Leadership around your craft and helping others to learn and grow.

Having Fun in fun-filled team activities / events.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor / Master's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology discipline from the top-ranking institute in India.

4-8 years of sound software development experience.

Strong hands-on experience, proficient and in-depth knowledge in

Core Skills Backend

Net Core, WebAPIs, C#, Microservices, REST APIs

Database Design, Development, Management, and Queries optimization

Desired Skills Frontend

JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS, AngularJS, jQuery, Web Frameworks

HTML5, CSS, JavaScript

Proficient in Object Oriented Programming and declarative programming

Sound expertise in Source code management tool e.g., GIT

Exceptionally good in quality engineering practices such as code quality, unit testing & Domain Driven Design and Design Patterns such as MVVM, MVC, Entity Framework etc.

Working knowledge of performance optimizations, caching techniques, AuthN / AuthR and security covering OWASP top 10

Good understanding of SEO, Accessibility, and Internationalization concepts

Good knowledge of test automation across the layers frontend, services / APIs, and database

Working knowledge of WebSocket's, real-time communication, and service workers

Should be able to understand mobile application architectures.
