Good understanding of regulatory Standards like 21 CFR Part 11, ICH, GxP Willingness to work in Flexible timings (Shifts 24x5) Excellent problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills Experience in SQL, PLSQL and Good knowledge of SDLC / ITIL processes Plans, performs, and manages medium complexity production support tasks and activities that require generic knowledge about application and infrastructure support.
