As part of the Medtronic Testing Center ofExcellence, the global Testing team serves the IT Testing needs of Medtronicbusinesses across geographies.

This role will be focused on delivering demandmanagement functions for the Test Center of Excellence, in collaboration withProject Management office, leaders of testing management team.

Experience :

Graduationin Engineering (BE / B.Tech) or Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) from areputed institute / university.

4-5 years of experience in ITOrganization

Key Responsibilities :

Gather30 / 60 / 90 days resource demand for projects

Reviewof list of projects to get the project pipeline awareness

Contractdate management of partner employees

Ensureonboarding of new test team members

Activelymanage full list of partnerstaff data (ie. Contract start / end dates,project start / end dates, testing skill set, business experience)

Primarycontact to manage demand / staff management data and in the use of a future statetool (ie PDW)

Co-ordinatesKPI data for all projects prior to project completion so the data is pulledtogether before the project ends

Providemetrics on staffing / resources

Schedulingtestinggatesdiscussion viatesting dates provided by Project Manager / Test Lead

Implementing& managing the communication plan identified

Preferred

Solid understanding of system developmentmethodologies (Waterfall and preferably Agile)

Excel Macros and VBA knowledge

Ability to understand technical concepts (moderatelevel of complexity)

oMinimumof 4 years experience in a IT project support or PMO environment

oGoodunderstanding project management lifecycle (e.g. waterfall or agile) andsoftware testing projects

oExperiencein supporting project financials for large projects

oStronghands on experience in excel sheets - complex formulae, pivots, pivot chartsetc.

oBasicworking knowledge on Microsoft SharePoint

oBasicKnowledge on project finance management

oExcellentskills in analyzing data and report creation

oGoodinterpersonal skills

oAbilityto communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form

oAbilityto communicate and document complex issues and procedures

oAbilityto work in a fast-paced environment

oAbilityto work well under pressure and maintain positive, enthusiastic attitude

oEagernessto learn and expand responsibilities

oAbilityto work effectively in a team environment and build strong workingrelationships
