Collaborate with procurement sourcing teams and other stakeholders to plan competitive Sourcing events (RFX’s).
Lead and support RFX’s including needs assessment, information gathering, stakeholder discussions, drafting of RFX’s, business partner research, negotiations, analysis, and presentation of recommendation / results.
Leverage data and analytics to identify savings opportunities across Ecolab’s global direct material buy.
Work with sourcing leads to prioritize and validate top opportunities for savings projects and support / drive project execution.
Govern elements of procurement master data and processes to support digital and analytical platforms.
Train others in reporting & analytical systems, tools, and processes.
B.Tech / BE required with emphasis in Engineering, or Chemistry preferred.
At least two years of work experience in an analytical or business intelligence role.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Business intelligence or advanced analytics experience in procurement preferred
Experience building standard reports and dashboards
History of managing and delivering multiple projects, tasks, and initiatives simultaneously
Ability to create, implement and continuously improve processes in a changing environment
Proficient in MS Office suite with intermediate to advanced Excel, Access and SQL skills
Experience working with global cross-functional teams and demonstrated ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical expertise
Microsoft PowerBI experience a plus
Experience in the petrochemical industry a plus
