Your role will be to support Business leaders and partners in Consumer Operation, helping them redesign their processes to put the customer at the center of everything we do.
Through the application of Lean tools and techniques, you will identify major pain points, investigate their root causes and provide innovative solutions that transform the client experience.
Partnering with Operations and CitiLean and Smart Automation center. you will become a trusted and independent advisor to the Business, upskilling and empowering our people to independently solve problems for the benefit of our clients
What you'll do :
You will deep dive and strive to understand our business problems and uncover insights using data which can significantly improve the performance of our operations processes across APAC
Lead work streams with objective of identifying expense reduction opportunities to help meet overall project goals
Support Project teams in identifying pain points by using CitiLean tools such as Process Mapping, VSM, SIPOC
Lead Data collection efforts to validate hypothesis / pain points
Conduct in-depth data and process analysis to identify root causes
Support Project Managers in facilitating Root cause and Kaizen workshops
Support and assist in project Management activities
You will need to provide regular and comprehensive updates to project sponsors on the status and foreseeable risks in the project plan.
Associated support on reporting, and participating in initiatives that drive CitiLean and Smart Automation mindset in the organization

Willingness to learn CitiLean and Smart Automation Centre analyst is fast-paced role. You'll be presented with complex challenges and be expected to learn quickly to solve them.
You should be willing to unlearn and learn new things on the go
Minimum of 4+ years total work experience (ideally with deep experience in financial services)
Minimum 2+ years of Lean or Six-Sigma experience including use of all relevant tools and delivery of training
Previous experience in supporting the build-out and running of a pipeline of transformation work at an organizational level
Strong data analytics capabilities especially cost analysis and internal / external benchmarking
Strong communication skills and the ability to structure logical analysis in presentations and various other visualizations
Excel and PowerPoint skills are key
An understanding of Citi's businesses, the major strategic issues and the senior management landscape would be beneficial
An undergraduate degree and an MBA from a top tier institution
PMP or Prince certification is also desirable but is not required
