Department Description

Customer Deployments and Support in the EMEA region. Deployment of Servers, server upgrades, service testing and ingratiation.

Post deployment technical support

Job Description

Will be responsible for server deployment, installation and testing, activity could be onsite or remote. Will also engage in technical knowledge sharing and training.

Should be able to create scripts to support deployment and maintenance activities. Should be able to talk to customers side technical teams and get the required integration done.

Basic Requirements

1. Deploying, automating, maintaining and managing production system, to ensure the availability, performance, scalability and security of productions systems.

2. Automating deployment of Linux based applications, system configurations and security settings3. Release level understanding and configuration management of production systems.

4. Pre-production Acceptance Testing to help assure the quality of our products / services.5. System troubleshooting and problem solving across platform and application domains.

6. Collaborating with developers to make sure new environments meet requirements and conform to best practices7. Ability to code and script8.

Experience with Telecom networking and IT operations9. Strong grasp of automation tools
