What you’ll do at Ather :

Build and organize a team to support vehicle integration activities namely BOM management, Change management, Part standardization, CAD standardization.

Set direction for team by setting goals that align with organizational objectives

Track and report progress on individuals’ goals

Support Program Swimlanes in achieving release dates.

Enable team to meet Cost, Quality & Schedule goals Programs / Projects

Organize and participate in integration reviews

Drive standardization of mechanical components and CAD, PLM practices to improve cost and efficiency

Manage Ather’s ODC’ (offshore design center) and move them up the value chain

Plan the training and development of the team

Initiate new initiatives and prepare business cases for the same

Demonstrate continual Improvement of departmental procedures

Drive compliance with company processes and procedures.

Represent team at Process Excellence audits

You bring to Ather :

or equivalent with Specialization in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

12-15 years of relevant experience working in CAD, PLM or Vehicle integration roles
