  • Minimum 2 years of experience into Bench Sales
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizen) with Tier1 vendors.
  • Working directly with Tier 1 Vendors / Implementation partners and understanding their job requirements and finding matching profiles from existing bench team.
  • Develop & Maintain new vendor contacts, build network relations across the IT industry using social networking sites such as LinkedIn.
  • Interacting, developing Tier-1 Vendor or Implementation Partners network daily basis to get the Bench consultants placed in minimal turnaround time Ability to bring H1B transfer cases on W2 Ability to Involve in Full life - cycle recruiting process from initial candidate contact through successful placement of candidate.
  • High -Energy individual with strong knowledge in the technical recruiting industry. Should be able to handle at-least 5 profiles at any moment of time.
  • Must be aware of US tax terms Need someone who can work on relationship basis rather than relying on portals
