Want to be a part of our team?The Service Onboarding Manager takes full accountability for the transition of Managed Services and Enterprise Services by the Group Onboarding team under their leadership.

Their engagement ranges from input to selling activities and service design, through the transition project till the conclusion of early life support.

The primary responsibility of the Service Onboarding team is to implement, run and report on a complex programme of activities.

The team will engage, align and negotiate with internal, external and client contacts to achieve a successfully transitioned service to the agreed timeframe, costs and service outcomes.

Working at NTT Key Roles and Responsibilities : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors and key stakeholders across the NTT global organisation from Sales through to Delivery Engage in the sales cycle, providing input to service design and commercial or contractual constructs of Enterprise Services or complex Managed Service opportunities Provide comprehensive project plans and robust scoping and pricing for transition programmes Implement, run, govern and control transition programmes from inception through to completion Give compelling, accurate and confident presentations / workshops within both Sales and Delivery cycles Understand, implement and operate effective Change Management to control and record the risks within transition programmes Produce well-written, accurate high-quality documentation Manage virtual teams to deliver the planned outcome for transition programmes and act as the key contact person for transition across the NTT Group Act as a people manager to the cross functional transition team, developing team members to grow in their roles Involve in the continuous improvement of the Transition and Onboarding process and collateral Knowledge, Skills and Attributes : Excellent oral and written communication skills Proven skills in Programme Management Good collaboration skills and with the ability to interact professionally Ability to coach and nurture a team Knowledge of commercial frameworks / pricing constructs Ability to construct plans and schedules with pricing information within a framework Academic Qualifications and Certifications : Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent ITIL qualifications in at least Foundation, Transition and Service Design PMBOK and / or Prince II Certification(s) Required Experience : Over 8 years of experience within Service Transitioning / Onboarding Proven track record in Enterprise Services / Complex MS Transition Management within an IT environment Demonstrable experience in communication and negotiation at senior management level Demonstrable expertise in transition management approach and methodology What will make you a good fit for the role?
