Participate in internal audits and building the Quality Management Systems for Finance department. - Prepare all the pre-disbursement and post disbursement documentation,liaison with financial institution for post-disbursement activities, preparation of 5 years CMA, Monthly MIS & on time submission on due date.
Interest & ROI working statement. Preparation of projected Balance-sheet, P&L and cashflows for all the projects. Strategic methods to raise financing.
Aware of Income tax and company law rules / acts. - Preparation of 5 year Business Plan and financial models of projects.
Development of Business plan of multiple ventures and verticals / business units. - Strong Powerpoint& Excel Skills as the presentation prepared are being sent to the Senior Management of the company, Very strong communication skills, (oral & written)-Should be able to communicate crisply to the point.
Other Expertise. - Sound knowledge of banking compliances and excellent correspondence skill and have handled fundraising with sound articulation skills.
Investigating and understanding key business issues behind the numbers and providing clear,concise and timely analysis.
Skill Sets 1. Proficient knowledge in MS office. 2. Should have worked in ERP / SAP environment. Compensation 8 to 10 lacs for per annum
