Job Description

The MARKETING EXECUTIVE is the one who handles sourcing contacts, research and developing marketing opportunities. Planning and Implementation of new Marketing plan and meeting with managerial duties to meet up with company goals.

RESPONSIBILITY DELIVERABLES

  • Data Sourcing and Management
  • Researching, Developing, Creating and Maintaining of marketing plan & Team
  • Monthly Client Meeting & Feedback
  • TASKS & ACTIVITIES

    Data Sourcing and Management :

  • Finding of reliable sources / methods for accessing contacts of High Value / Amazing clientele companies in the business of Multi-Chain stores (Jewelry, Electronics, Textiles), Real Estate and Developers, Hospitals and Clinics (Fertility clinic, Dermatologist, Dental, Cosmetic, Eye), Multi-Chain restaurants, Private Schools and Online Education Providers, E-Commerce.
  • through BNI and Offline networks to gather more info about the brand and its decision makers.

  • Maintain the data collected in the organizations CRM.
  • Researching, Developing, Creating and Maintaining of marketing plan & Team to target Amazing and bread winning customers :

  • Profiling and Categorization of Customers
  • Defining of Marketing Plan depending on category
  • Participate in Business Networking events :
  • Representing Aatmia through BNI and other organizations and events .
  • Following up of leads generated from these events and maintaining them in the companys CRM
  • Verify and approve data provided by BDE
  • Ensure proper execution of all campaigns (SMS, Email and WhatsApp)
  • Ensure Marketing automation is being carried out. (Email Communication based on changes in stages, proposals being sent on time, Timely occurrence of audit meeting, Reminders before events)
  • Set up and conduct daily and weekly meetings to ensure marketing targets are met.
  • MONTHLY CLIENT MEETING & FEEDBACK

  • Understand the progress of the project and meet clients according to their group (Monthly, Quarterly or Half-Yearly)
  • Get Monthly Feedback Survey filled and measure the Client Satisfaction Index (CSI)
  • MEASUREMENT METRICS

  • No of sales meeting fixed
  • No of contact sourced
  • No of successful communication made to clients.
