Process allocated work as per work instructions / team alignment / task priority / client requirements
Interpret client requests and act as per work instructions
Forward the output generated for quality checking
Ensure information (such as due dates, tasks, etc.) are correctly docketed and are generating reminders so that paralegals / attorneys are informed timely of all actions
De-docket international and domestic action items from the docket system
Manage docketing deadlines, sending reminders / follow ups to the appropriate point of contact
Manage critical outgoing and incoming client communication from Patent and Trademark officials
Work collaboratively to keep management and clients updated on the status of tasks / projects
Understand both internal and external customer requirements
Assist with special projects as needed
2-5 years of relevant experience
Sound knowledge on MS Office & Internet.
Good written & verbal communication skills
Good Analytical & Effective interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Demonstrated experience with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to accurately type 35-40 wpm
