The product trainer is responsible for the training of employees, partners, clients and marketplace candidates in the effective usage of Automation Anywhere products.
The trainer will be responsible for the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs; conduct needs assessments, execute training, develop reinforcements and evaluate outcomes.
This position primary responsibility is ensuring customer satisfaction by effective training delivery and creating a brand value around the training offering.
In addition, the trainer will be responsible for ensuring the training offering is continuously being enhanced by recommending new content, new delivery methods, effective tools and best practices.
Help train new employees on the product; onboard partners or client teams by training them on product capabilities; educate marketplace on product knowledge
Manage the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs.
Work consciously in achieving a repeatable training delivery mechanism with standardized content, offerings and delivery methodologies
Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs
Conduct specific training needs assessments to support the design, development and delivery of training programs and strategies
Proactively work with the Management team to identify and resolve issues
May involve frequent travel to client sites (local and international) to deliver trainings.
Self-motivated with a 5-8 years track record in software product trainings for employees and customers
Adept at delivering content via multiple mediums such as in person, on phone and over the web.
Able to deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual classroom dynamics
Exposure to product certification programs
Some background in software development preferred. Trainings will include walking trainees through product application in common business situations.
Created a training plan based on standard and customized requirements
Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base
Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
Ability to travel as needed
