  • Financial / productivity achievements in terms of total revenuegeneration net fee and top line impact on business portfolio
  • Meet and service trade finance related requirements of clients byliaising with operations / Product.
  • Cross sell of trade / treasury products to existing customers
  • Focussed & quality client engagement in the form of clientmeetings with NTP / Existing customer base and to scope for business developmentopportunities within the portfolio
  • Acquisition of new to bank clients with a focus to grow the Tradefinance along with the BB team in respective geographies with focussed industryapproach
  • To manage the sales for the suite of Trade Finance related acrossthe spectrum of Bank’s clients in a select location / region.
  • Meet the agreed objectives :

  • Revenue targets (fee / fx / trade NII),
  • Limits utilized level for trade products and associatedthroughputs with cross-selling / up-selling within existing portfolio.
  • Ensuring the regulatory health of portfolio by reducing traderegulatory outstanding items.
  • Periodicmonitoring of client transaction patterns and report any irregular spike orslowdown in client transactions
  • Adhering to Trade KYC / AML guidelines, identifying transactionalrisk factors & mitigant
  • KeyCompetencies / skill set :

  • Product and Process Knowledge in the Domain (TF) including Trade Credit
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong People Management and Relationship skills.
  • Strong Customer Focus
  • Analytical and Problem Solving
  • DesiredCandidate Profile :

  • Post-Graduation MBA / CA / Trade Certifications like CDCS / CAIIB etc
  • The candidate should have good working knowledge of Trade productswith in-depth understanding of FEMA / RBI guidelines with relation to Import / Exporttransactions
