Key Responsibilities :
The role requires both deep and wide Microsoft technology experience to deliver quality messaging and collaboration solutions to our commercial and enterprise customers.
Ability to design and implement Microsoft Cloud technology solutions utilizing Office 365, Azure, EMS, and others.
Engage Presales activities like responding to RFP / RFIs and building the effort estimates.
Identify the vision and build innovative workforce transformation strategies for customers.
Essential Requirements :
Expertise in Messaging and Collaboration technologies Office 365, Exchange, Skype for Business, Teams
Good understanding and hands on experience with SFB / Teams Deployment and Configuration.
Expertise in SIP methods and signalling.
Expertise in Enterprise voice and Exchange UM dial plans.
Strong experience on SFB / Lync troubleshooting tools like Snooper, NetMon, Wireshark, CLS Logging etc
SFB high availability and disaster recovery plan and implementation
Exchange Online migration from Onprem Exchange 2010 / 2013 / 2016
Experience managing and remediating Active Directory
Customer focus and relationship management skills, strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal & written communications and technical documentation skills
Strong results orientation with attention to detail and quality of deliverables
Desirable Requirements :
Experience with 3rd party migration tools from companies such as Quest, Binary Tree.
Experience in project management technologies and processes
Good understanding of SBC s Administration and Support (products such as AudioCodes, Cisco UC, Sonus SBC, Oracle SBC etc) will be added advantage.
Experience in Firewall technologies, System Centre, Hyper-V and SQL.
