This role will be part of the IT Team which will implement and support various PLM and configurator solutions in Automation Solutions group.

Requires expert skills in Triage, Investigation, Problem resolution and Communication.


  • This position works within the PLM & Configurator platform team to ensure the implementation and production support of PLM & Configurator Solutions.
  • Serve as a techno-functional resource for supporting the business processes
  • Analyze business operations and user request, make recommendations for process improvements and system solutions when required, and facilitate implementation of the business user inputs into the system.
  • Continually build knowledge and proficiency in applications development and changes in technology
  • Perform Data Migration, Upgrade, Re-hosting, System Administration and Business Administration on PLM & Configurator Solutions
  • Analyze any issues during installation & configuration and solve them to complete the tasks
  • Develop strong relationship with business product owners & other stake holders
  • Collaborate with different business areas to maintain and ensure the smoother support process flows
  • May perform other duties as assigned
  • Requires expert skills in Communication, Project Management & Solution efficacy.

  • Must have a solid business understanding of various Oracle EBS modules such as Quoting, Order Management, Supply Chain and Distribution processes.
  • Good development / customization knowledge in ENOVIA PLM & Windchill & other PLM systems
  • Must participate as a team member and solve technical problems.
  • Experience in handling medium to large PLM & Configurator implementations
  • Experience in Python and Django is a plus
  • Excellent programming skills in PL / SQL, Java, JSP, JAXP and JDeveloper is preferred
  • Experience in developing web services to integrate PLM & Configurator system
  • Understanding on Source Code management and DevOps Process
  • Must have experience working with Oracle databases
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Solid analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service oriented with Offshore-onshore experience
  • Good aptitude to learn and work with commitment towards providing quality work

  • BE / B. Tech / MCA
  • Candidate should possess the degree from a recognized University / Institution only
