Lead the testing of services within the IT Shared Service center (VSS I ) for the domains and / or countries ensuring tested platforms, services and co mponents are delivered to agreed milestones, cost and quality.
Ensure a common approach & standardsare adop ted for testing.Takealead ing r ole in defining and implementing the test strategy and methodology whilst drivi ng improvements in the test approach.
Ensure resource availability to me et the test roadmap arranging cover when needed and develop the team members in line w ith the needs of the Test service.
BSS & OSS Manual Testing, indepth telecom domain knowledge. experience in ALM, JiRA, Confluence tools. Siebel Amdocs BRM, Billing Systems
A ct a s the primary point of contact for all test team members on a particular p rojec t for test preparation.
Lead all efforts relating to test scenarios and scripts and / or co ordination o f releasecontrol efforts and also plan.
Lead all efforts relating to test executi on and / or coordination of release control efforts and also plan.
To provide the test scripts / sc enarios the prioritiesas per business relevance.
Manage the work of testers throughout test sc enarios andscripts preparation to ensure testing is on time and within budget .
Manage the wor k of testers throughout test execution to ensure testing ison time and within budget
To help t he test lead in planning, execution and moni toring the tasks related to test p reparation.
Manag e and direct the team’s work productsand pr ocesses.
To involve i n the defect manageme nt process for resolution of key defects as per priority s et for the scripts.
Define and communicate the testexecution p lan including r eporting progress against this plan
Reports to Functional Manager / Lead
