Project Test Delivery :
Hands-on Performance Test Management
Engages with testing and development teams across the bank.
Effectively manage multiple stakeholder demands and expectations while maintaining quality and delivery
Engages with vendors and architects to determine strategic direction in terms of application testability.
Evaluates and implements new technologies personally, in line with bank strategy.
Documents and publishes standards and procedures.
Keeps current with new practice and technical developments for potential use as solutions to requirements
Works with security and compliance teams to ensure solutions conform to bank and industry standards.
Drives high quality engineering solutions for the bank business needs
Provides consultancy and advisory services to the business, systems development and QA for Non-Functional Requirement testing.
Identifies and recommends new technology or practices that will add value to the organization in terms of performance and cost
Undertakes continuous improvement for the practice and domain internally and within federated teams
Lead and mentor a small team of test managers and test engineers
Process and Compliance :
Good understanding and able to apply test processes laid down within Testing Framework, and / or standards as defined by project and SCB.
Comply with the software quality management practices and policies (defined by SDF).
Assist Test Manager in documenting relevant test deliverables
Customer and Service Focus :
Responsive to customer and project needs, as well as managing customer expectations.
Establish a close working rapport with project team to understand issues and risks underlying the project.
Years of experience minimum 10-12 years
Must have :
Good testing and analytical skill
Good writing and communication skills
Good understanding and experience in projects.
Minimum 10 to 12 years of test experience is preferable
Nice to have :
SAP testing experience
Performance testing concepts & Tools
Application monitoring tools and data analysis
Experience leading a team
Knowledgeable in the banking domain is a plus.
