Business Development Executive
Scope of work :
The candidate has to liaison with various Institutes & Corporates for training programs. The Role will give a wide exposure to learn and interact with various verticals in the organization including Product Development, Marketing and Delivery.
Identify, develop & acquire relationships with key influencers and stakeholders in Education Sector as well as Corporate.
Achieve aggressive corporate sales targets in the geography through cold calling & networking.
Will be getting Inbound Leads, have to convert those leads into customers
Data management to keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and products.
Creating Proposals in line with Client Requirement.
Proactively identify and source new business opportunities in line with company's growth plan and strategic priorities.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of ICHARS products and services.
Co-ordinating training programs. Ensuring timely delivery of Assessment reports & other material. Provide strategic input based on data analysis to senior management.
Maintain customer / potential customer contact lists and update the same on a regular basis.
Overseeing the development of marketing literature.
Writing reports. Providing management with timely feedback.
Candidate Experience :
Candidate should have 1 year sales experience in relevant field / industry.
Graduate / MBA with working knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Power Point & Office
Sales driven and results driven attitude
Excellent written and communication skills
Excellent presentation skills and networking skills
