Key Responsibilities : primary responsible is to provide Infrastructure support for Intrusion Detection and Prevention Management services This role will be responsible for working with end users, vendors, security leads as well as the other support teams to ensure successful operation of IDS / IPS Management ServiceFault Management of Intrusion Detection and Prevention IDS / IPS devices and corresponding InfrastructurePatch Management of IDS / IPS devices from central management server or by manual process
Technical Experience : At least 3-5 years of experience in supporting IDS / IPS Operations SupportExperience with security technologies including Intrusion Detection and and Prevention Systems IDS / IPS, Firewalls and and Log Analysis, SIEM, Network Behavior Analysis tools, Antivirus, and Network Packet Analyzers, Security Systems Manager, malware analysis and forensics toolsGood analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsGood communication and collaboration skills
Professional Attributes : Ability to perform on call functions and respond to emergency calls Should be able to meet the defined SLAs for service delivery Initial security event analysis Scheduling and generation of basic reports Basic Signature Management Custom Signature Creation
Educational Qualification : Bachelor or college degree in related field or equivalent work experience CCNA
Additional Information : Work in shifts and provides after work hours and weekend on call support as and when required
