Responsibilities :

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service andmanagement resources, in order to meetaccount performance objectives and customer expectations.
  • Meets assigned targets for strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
  • Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
  • Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
  • Requirements - Need to have :

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a Client Relationship role with hands on experience in technology, analytical with a strong preference for retail experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good in peoplemanagement, CRM and Analytics.
  • Results-driven, focused, and analytical.
  • Outstanding follow-up, organization, and timemanagement skills.
  • Resourceful and energetic executor capable of taking on a task and driving it to completion.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while paying attention to details.
  • Education :

    MBA / Mangement Studies Grad.
